Judicial simulation

The judicial simulation at Boys State gives delegates firsthand experience with judicial proceedings. We emulate the Oklahoma court system as closely as possible in both the district courts and appellate courts, including the Court of Criminal Appeals and the Supreme Court. Delegates will have the opportunity to participate in moot court simulations in the roles of judge, district attorney, court clerk, public defender, or litigant. They will also fill important roles such as Attorney General and Supreme Court Justice to make a fully functioning Judicial branch of Boys State.
