The host institution of Rogers State University offers OK Boys State delegates up to $12,000 in tuition waivers just for completing Boys State.
Oklahoma Boys State awards college scholarships to many of the delegates who attend the camp including those selected to represent the State of Oklahoma at Boys Nation. In addition, OKBS delegates compete for a fast track into the State American Legion Oratorical competition, giving them an opportunity to compete for up to $25,000.00 in scholarships at the national competition. Finally, attending Boys State or Girls State is one of the requirements of eligibility for the Samsung Scholarship, where national winners can receive up to $10,000.00 in college scholarships.
